The person at the desk was more than rude! However, she went in the back and came out with the lace!!! I said "I never received any notice, why is it just sitting here!?!" She said "not my problem" ... as she looked at me with a frown and turned around like I didn't exist!! I have never seen anything like this from a USPS!! I have been shopping with Ebay for 20 years with same address never having a problem. I believe the seller made up the problem because they lost the earrings or sold them for a higher price. Dishonest seller.
