Initially, the seller tried to post my order in a box but it was too big and heavy so seller had improvised to keep the items inside the parcel safe from any damage. Seller kept me up to date as well. Great condition and quality is great. Packed with care. Great communication and swift delivery. Items looked lovely and was given a good deal. I highly recommend this seller.

Shipped in a thin poly bag, so some flower flakes were inside the display window. A box with bubble wrap would have been ideal. Positive feedback for being thankful it arrived.
