Grease evident on threads, and came in “Bulk Packaging”. Everything is in new shape with original stickers. Registered to AXS app without issue. For the price it’s a great deal. No blemishes that I can detect. Shipping was very fast. Communication was quick and helpful. Will buy again. Thank You!

If i had known that ahead of time I would have either found a different seller or used a different address. My local USPS is horrible to deal with. That said product was a good price and was as advertised. They did place it in the mail quickly but I would encourage them to be more upfront on products that require signatures or offer the ability to make changes.

I sent the chain back and when I got a refund the amount did not include the taxes I paid. I did send a note to that describing the oversight but did not receive a response or a refund on the tax.
