Item received was clearly pre-owned/used and in poor condition. Found a hole under right sleeve and fabric/front design was faded/discoloured. Wished to return for refund. Vendor offered apology but would only refund 50% of purchase value and told me to keep t-shirt as Vendor doesn’t accept returns. Very disappointed with purchase/service provided. Of all the orders I have processed every single customer has been satisfied and left positive reviews.
