        The seller indicates Melbourne Australia , item never arrived on time. communication was Dear Friend indicating there operating out of China and drop shipping. Messages from seller was one excuse after another. Very simple if you don't have stock, then list item drop shipped. Do not deceive buyers. Last of all if eBay ever really does anything about it. This seller in in breach of many eBay rules. But sadly it's hard to find a genuine buyer on eBay now that's why people shop with Amazon.
