    The product is 5 stars, but the bottle tip is flat and small and it is difficult to aim it and get it in the eye. I prefer the long taper of the 15oz bottle. I will still buy the product but not this size.

    Did not do anything

    I have severe dry eye and have had punctal plugs to try to get relief. I was really hoping these drops would lubricate my eyes but they are no different than any other drops. This is NOT the Sepper's fault at all. I was quite happy with their service.
