Upon arrival, it was apparent from the 18" length of the package that the cane is segmented. I immediately contacted the seller and requested a refund. The seller responded by issuing a partial refund without my agreement. I refused the offer because the item photo was inaccurate and misleading and also requested that the seller pay for return shipping to India. No further communication has been rec'd.

A company is not considered great because it makes no mistakes, we all do, it’s how they handle mistakes that makes them good.
