I should of sent a report when it was first received but I insist it should of been packaged properly and maybe a fragile sign should been pit on box, if it's going to be so carelessly packed ty and have a good day!

Upon arrival, it was apparent from the 18" length of the package that the cane is segmented. I immediately contacted the seller and requested a refund. The seller responded by issuing a partial refund without my agreement. I refused the offer because the item photo was inaccurate and misleading and also requested that the seller pay for return shipping to India. No further communication has been rec'd.
