I didn't need to though because the seller quickly responded, and sent the replacement immediately the next day with tracking number. They asked me to just close the return when the new plant arrived. I got the correct plant today, it's beautiful, and the seller told me to keep the other one. Both were well packed. It was no hassle at all and I would recommend them to anyone. I'll be back for more plants myself
