Packaging was excellent and on opening the box found insulative material, a cold pack and finally a layer of reflective insulation, then, of course, the bag with worms inside. Unlike my orders from a couple of previous vendors, these worms looked in good color and very much alive, so I placed them in a tray with some uunbleached brown wrapping paper and three to four inches of aged water from my 40g breeder. Want to mention this seller has one of the better packaging methods I've run into among options in the aquarium hobby. I would buy from again just to avoid some of the other, disappointing DoAs I had with other sellers in the past few months.
