    Received all items of the mini split system in a timely manner. Mini split was shipped by truck freight and well packaged. Seller was very responsive and professional to any questions. Have yet to install, but that is out of their control. Great pricing, shipping, and communication. What more can you ask for. In the world today. I will definitely buy from again. Thank you

    Installed unit today. Unbelievably quiet, inside and out. My advice, read "all" the instructions, open "all" the boxes to verify what goes where, and watch some videos. Additional parts needed: wiring to outside unit, something to mount it on, and line cover kit. Refrigerant vacuum pump and gauges are a must. Hopefully, it will last a long time.
