    Plates arrived, in timely basis, well packed, no further damage except the disappointing chip on one plate which I accepted with the caveat of a partial refund. The plates a beautiful, will add color to my table for a Swedish themed lunch. Seller was very friendly and honest in our dealings. She could have with held the information about the chip and just shipped the plates but she owned it and we came to an agreement.
