    The seller was totally professional. He informed me that there would be a delay in the delivery of an additional few days. Very nice and refreshingly respectful. My problem though was that the item didn't live up to the manufacture's descriptions. They said a phone is not necessary, but I couldn't get things started without one. I was also under the impression that there were 8 languages built into the unit and for more one had to subscribe. For me, in order to get any, you had to pay monthly.
