      Two of the four bowls were broken in shipping despite what looked like a very good packing job by the seller. The other two bowls were in perfect condition. When asked for a partial refund or assistance with a claim against FedEx for the broken bowls, the seller immediately refunded the entire purchase and shipping amount. This was an exceptionally great response by the seller. I would not hesitate to purchase from the seller again!
