    Look elswhere.

    I would give this five stars for the poultry stand and handle; they are made well and do a good job. The injector is also well made if a bit small. However the one item included that addresses the safety of the frying process, the thermometer, is almost unusable due to the face being made of frosted glass which makes it almost impossible to see the temperature of the boiling oil.

    Works Great

    Lightweight but built very sturdy. I used it twice in five days and made handling the turkey so easy with letting the turkey down into the oil and pulling it out with a great thermometer with nice markings to follow oil temp. A must have for frying turkeys.

    Love It" was my first time deep frying the turkey, and it was good.
