    This book arrived in a reasonable timeframe (it could have arrived overnight to no avail as I have two books ahead of this one). The used condition was almost excellent not withstanding a few "dog eared" pages. The book was "Clean" ... void any underlining, high lining, or handwritten notes (something I do in all my books 🙄). The book also introduced me to the author, an unknown legend prior to very "high end" fitness coach recommending this book.

    The magazine came on time but it was creased, folded to fit into the mailbox perhaps. It should have been sent with a cardboard insert or more solid envelope and/or maybe request no folding. But it's fine as it's not going to be a collectable for me anyway.
