    I ordered a Martin 12 string, it arrived but when I unboxed it it was broken, the courier had not been careful with the package. Both myself and the seller were in contact with the courier and made a claim. The courier denied the claim twice. Cutting a long story short this seller went above and beyond to resolve the issue and I chose another guitar.
