      I purchased slingback heels in my exact size, but when they arrived, I discovered that the elastic on the back of each heel strap is stretched out. I cannot even keep the shoes on my feet when taking one step. When Incontacted the seller, politely asking to return them because they were damaged, the seller would not agree to pay return shipping. This is not a case of the customer changing her mind. The shoes are defective, and the return shipping should be covered by the seller. Buyer beware!
