When I alerted the seller, seller asked if I had broken the figure during opening, which I had not. Seller then said maybe the postal delivery person ran over the box, which they had not. Item was not packaged securely or breakage wouldn't have occurred. Seller took absolutely no responsibility for the poor shipping and didn't even respond to my second message with a reply of their own. Never provided pics or tried to get ebay involved TO return the so called broken piece! He can't cause I took pics of bottom of item!! It would've exposed his SCAM! This is NOT Fair!! See our other hundreds of Positive Feedback since 2012!!!
