For a card that I paid this much for, would have hoped for ding defend or at least cardboard protection. Instead, it was just delivered wrapped in parchment paper. Card also has a blemish on the left side that now I’m looking at the listing, I can see in the picture so that’s my fault. I kindly tried to reach out to you for pictures of the damage and to make things right, but I was met with anger, hostility and refusal to do anything but complain.
