He used profanity in a civil conversation i had with him because the generator I purchased came wrapped in plastic and it looked like it had been sitting outside in the rain for a long time prior to being shipped. The generator had water damage and scratches and when asked about it, he used inappropriate profanity after I offered what I thought was a fair resolution. Watch this guy, he's not a nice person.
