      Seller was terrific, and item was awesome. But the eBay customer service itself was horrendous and made the experience unpleasant. The seller was great though. Also the delivery company DHL was incompetent and buzzed my apartment and I let them in. But they just left a sticker for me to go and pick it up at the post office. After I picked it up at the post office, DHL lied and stamped the process as "delivered." ???? What? I picked it up. Seller was great but eBay and DHL were awful
