They drop ship through Amazon yet the tracking number I received was for some place called AQUAA And the info received from them was very poor. When I got a message returned from vendor with a working tracking number I found out it was delivered on a Sunday and it spent the night in the mail box. Not impressed Probably will not use this vendor in the future. Ebay is not what it used to be.

      Nice formula

      Inexpensive but comparable to designer, high priced liners. Matte finish, long wearing. Rigid, thin brush for fine or thick lines. More accurate than felt tipped liners. Formula is not goopy or thick, but more of a thinner liquid. Dries quick. Doesn't budge. Highly recommend.

      Brown Liner

      I love the Vit E liner it is the one i purchase all the time at a much cheaper price but the store where get it from no longer sell them. I' m not satisfied though with the felt tip liner it seems the gel is too thin does not adhere onto the lids especially on the waterline. The brush tip liner u s the worst, the gel is too dry. Tried to dip the brush on it but the gel is too tough. So with that i will give it only 3 stars because of the Vit E liner.

      Almost great!

      The liquid substance is good, but does not dry too fast . The applicator is good also smooth to work with. You can do thin or thick lines. But, is not waterproof as mention it does run off if wet. But overall the the product is okay..

      It's ok for the price...

      The brush sucks. If you want a sharp wing then you're going to have a hard time achieving that with this brush. It's very liquidy but it does dry matte. I put it on in the morning after I woke up & washed my face & so my eyes were watering (because of lack of lack of sleep) & it was coming off from my inner corners after it had dried? Like, I thought it was supposed to be waterproof?? It held up pretty good for the rest of the day though. I probably would never buy again but I was DESPERATE.

      Good product!

      This product stays on all day. But I dont find it waterproof. Tears will wash it off. But over all I like it. Its easy to put on!
