They are the worst for handling damage. Heavy items must be packed so if you shake the box you hear and feel nothing moving. Just a heads up for the future. It was shipped in the product box pictured in the description with no additional packaging. The shipping label was put on the keyboard box, which isn't necessarily a shipping container, and not a heavy-duty box. It took FedEx 10 days to get the keyboard to me.
