      Pleased with speed and easy install ... Some people may not realize you need to make sure you format the hard drive and use a partition software to help identify the drive letter.

      wound up destroying the head

      I tried to use it to transfer the head of this device to another but wound up destroying the head. I did buy the head separator so as to not have any more problems.
