Looks brand new and everything with it looks the same way. Was missing two small items that were shown in the picture. Contacted seller and they responded within 30 minutes and said they would ship them on Monday. I am very pleased with the purchase and dealing with this seller. Will definitely check their site for items I may want/need for the machine in the future.
