      Seller was super helpful during the entire process. Through no fault of the sellers, the charger for the laptop did not work (we think it was damaged in transit). I reached out to the seller to let him know of the problem and he shipped me a replacement charger the same day. Once the replacement charger arrived, he made sure the laptop worked, which it did. Would definitely purchase through the seller again. 10/10 would recommend!!
