It takes place in a version of the United States where the country is taken over by an evil emperor named Garuda. This action fighting game puts the player in the role of a ninja on a mission to fight Garuda and his minions. There are one- and two-player modes available, and in each mode, players get to choose whether they want to play as a purple or orange ninja.     Great game, right up there with ninja gaiden.

    The game is nice shape. Plays well as well. Only detail I have to nitpick is it was cleaned with something which obviously held the smell on the cart and got on the corners of the label. No biggie though as it’s my go to nes game for the moment.

    The game is great. It's fun and it's very challenging. You can play it alone or team up with a friend in a 2 player game. It's one of the best ninja games on the NES.
