The first time I ordered this thing, I waited for 10 days for it to finally arrive, and then the box contained the wrong f'n part. Instead of immediately shipping the correct part with a return label for the wrong one, I was forced to open an eBay return for the wrong part and then purchase it again through the exact same listing to get the right part. It took an extra week.
