But packaging was disappointing; the box was flimsy and way too big, containing insufficient packing material to fill the gaping open space inside, and not enough tape. Luckily, the item wasn't ejected out of the crushed, partly open box during shipping, and amazingly, it survived without damage. The retracting handle works but hangs up a bit (wish the description had mentioned that). Still a good buy!
