When I received my CD in complete broken condition, the seller refused to refund me and personally insulted me and accused me of running a scam over an item worth less than 20$. As if I would waste my time setting up fake pictures and an elaborate ruse over a common CD. The local mail carrier or somebody between the buyer and myself destroyed the package. This buyer approached me with a barrage of demands for an immediate refund even though he acknowledged that the damage was of no fault of my own. One bad wad of feedback from this buyer in over two decades of selling on eBay. He was even reimbursed by eBay and still plugged me with bad feedback.
