The vendor responds to my emails with canned responses and is trying to get me to contact ebay to file a damage claim, There was no indication of damage upon receipt and the item was packaged securely. I do not engage in fraud. I've purchased another external drive from another vendor and it works fine. This has been the worst ebay transaction I've had
