I ordered a specific old check to match one I have from another state, and then recieved three antique checks — but not what ordered or wanted. I just discovered the message saying ‘it wasn’t in stock, but we can substitute other items in its place’ — but I never said I wanted those other items. Shipping and packaging was fine. Value: not what I wanted, so I can’t say it was valuable.
