They are the worst for handling damage. Heavy items must be packed so if you shake the box you hear and feel nothing moving. Just a heads up for the future. The shipping label was put on the keyboard box, which isn't necessarily a shipping container, and not a heavy-duty box. It took FedEx 10 days to get the keyboard to me.
