The carrier had prematurely marked it as "delivered" one day before actual arrival. Buyers take note - this *can* happen. Therefore, the seller had to cancel this order pending resolution of the prior order's delivery issue. Would buy from this seller again - excellent communication! PS - The original order's item that was finally received was in perfect condition, a great value and very securely packed.

They ensured I would be okay with this and alternatively offered me a refund. I really only care about watching the DVD's, so it worked out. No issues with Canada Post. Huge problem with the USPS where it sat at the Indy Distribution Hub for an EXTRA 16 days. USPS was supposed to deliver it on March 4th. Got it today on March 21st. The seller and I stayed in constant contact with each other. No fault of the seller at all. Again, I highly recommend this seller!!!
