    Light, works as intended.

    Holes on the bottom are small enough to let water through and not the rice. Will come in a large package/box due to the size. A smaller sized version would be great, but this meets all of its needs.

    A great product at a great price!

    If you like rice as much as I do, this is a great way to wash the rice before you cook it. It has small holes in the bottom so the rice doesn't slip through and slotted holes at the top to drain off the rest of the water. This was a great product at a great price. Very light and sturdy. I haven't used it to wash veggies or fruits yet but I imagine it would do a great job. The size of it was not what I expected. Much larger. Very happy with this product.

    Not a single grain wasted - Chinese would be proud of me!

    Perfect for washing rice and other small grains. Widely used by Japanese and Korean cooks, and they know a thing or two about preparing rice! I was concerned that the points of some grains may get trapped in the tiny holes at the bottom making it fiddly to clean but this has not been a problem. Wash your rice, dump it in the rice cooker, a quick rinse of the bowl and it can be left to dry on the dish rack.

    Best tool in the kitchen.

    This is a great rice cleaning bowl. Every one who cooks rice needs one, and this one is great. If you think you don't need one, fill a white bowl about half full of water. Then pour in a cup of your favorite ri ce and stir. After a minute or two, pour the water off the rice into a clear glass. Then hold the glass up to the light and tell me whether you want to drink that crud. Remember, oxes poop in most rice fields. Buy the bowl and use it.

    I received my rice washing strainer bowl and it works great! You lose nothing as it lets water only pass through! I’m very pleased with it and have used it for rinsing fruits also. It’s very sturdy and a hard plastic. I actually ordered two and my sister in law likes it too!
