Quick shipping the headlights seem to be of pretty good quality headlight bulbs are dim not sure if it is just the ones that come in them or not. They did fit well I will be waiting to reinstall once I can get some higher quality bulbs or a hid kit.

I later contacted Quality Control at their request and we worked out the issue: they issued me a full refund. Finally they are not the scammers I thought they were, but I was not happy at their resistance to issue a full refund in the first place. Despite this, they managed to resolve it to my overall satisfaction in the end.

The items were as described. Shipping was perhaps calculated to lower the price of the item. Packaging could have used an additional strip of tape as the box arrived with one strip of tape that was ripped and opened half way up the box flaps. Shipping to Hawaii is brutal and packages arrive in poor condition if not well packaged. Internal packaging was very good. A good overall transaction.
