    Still good.

    I began wearing this scent in the early '80s. Have not found it in stores as of late. The formula seems to have been changed a bit, but this is pretty close to the original. I find it to be a light, clean, and distinctive scent. It does not smell like every other fragrence that seems to be new and popular these days, i.e., the ones on the "sniff" inserts in men's magazines. It lasts all day. Since this is an older fragrance, the price has come downt to a very attractive level.

    This fragrance STINKS!

    This is a terrible version of this fragrance. I am not sure why it does not last long, but it just smells so artificial. Nothing like I remember from back in the day when it launched. It also burned my skin, which is highly unusual in the fragrances that I wear and a sure sign that something is not right with this formula. DO NOT buy this product!! There is a reason that the prices is so low...

    I received this cologne for a Christmas present back in 1978 and have been wearing it since. However this brand(1-12) and not the new is very difficult to find and i live in a large city so i had to go on line. Great product,smell, very potent and long lasting so it doesn't require that much! I haven't open up the new package yet due to not finishing what little i have left but if its any thing like what i have it's worth the purchase.Thanks...

    Solid versatile, good-value clean laundry scent

    Halston 1-12 cologne spray is a good all-around cologne. Its ideal purpose would be if you wanted a versatile, all-around scent that has decent potency and performance and smells like clean laundry (on my skin, it smells like dryer sheets, but a little less so if I use three or four sprays on the upper chest). It's a soapy light floral (floral in a clean way, not a sweet, feminine way) combined with some fairly masculine notes. I wouldn't call it "macho," but I'd say it's more masculine than unisex. It's hard to tell what notes are in it. It smells more like a blend that sums up to its own smell, which is more comparable to dryer sheets than anything else I could think to compare it to.

    Back to "1996"

    First time I used this stuff was in 1996. I found the bottle in my best friends mustang. It was love at first spray and I've been looking for this bottle ever since. I didn't know what it's name was I just remembered the look of the bottle. Im so happy I found it and now I know it's name too! Yay 🙌 🙌 🙌
