    My husband, a truck driver, has been using Amla and diet to control his blood sugar. I have ordered Amla from MANY different sources,and we have realized that some are more effective than others. THIS brand has been more effective than ANY others. Shipping takes longer than other companies,because of the country of origin, but it is DEF worth the wait.     New use has given vent arise to initial negative results, which may be a sign of purging of internal infection or toxins

    Have not Fund this product to beneficial the date. I have taken two capsules twice daily for nearly one full moth. I have noticed some abdominal bloating. I have noticed no changes in my hair, My facial skin began to produce small reddened bordered pores, which did not produce oil or mucous, but did eventually begin to dry significantly at the bordered edges of the pore, then began peeling. I have used salicylic acid based cleaners to encourage the exfoliation of these dry deadened cells, followed by a emollient skin healing moisturizer. These steps improved the areas needing healing. Of course I did not expect these symptoms to arise, but I understand medically this might be a result of my skins purging of ytoxins or skin needing exfoliation. I will continue using the product and ...

    This really has an impact!!!

    I noticed that this has assisted me in having less cravings I repeat less cravings and when I skip it I noticed more cravings so in the last two weeks I started taking it daily and I have to tell you this works better than the other things on the market cuz it's a real whole food and it's a fruit that I'm not familiar with all I can tell you is I'll keep working it and I will more within the next 4 months

    Great value for a miracle pill

    I saw this item tooted as a cure all for every disease and health problem at a recent seminar. They were selling their Amla as a green tea product at a extremely high price. I found this site and decided to try the product. I have not used it long enough to see any difference in my blood work or diabetes but I am hopeful. I will give a review after I have taken it for several months to give it a chance to work.
