      Purchased a 12mm ring that I waited 5 days for, then it came and it's the wrong size. Contacted the seller straight away to be told I've asked for it so that's why they've sent it, sent clear pictures of what I asked for and not received a reply. waste of time and money.

      Sorry but you got the item you purchased - 14g is 1.6mm and not 1.2mm which you are saying you should have received. As for the postage, you got free second class postage. Had you wanted it sooner there was an option to pay for faster service. I did not reply in the way you suggest and I’ve only just seen your photos however the item sent was the item you purchased. This is what we are up against on eBay!
