      This is the last stuffer you'll ever want to buy!

      I have had a couple of sausage stuffers in my life - all of them were vertical stuffers. I chose a horizontal model because I believed that the lower center of gravity would prevent the unit from wanting to tip over. This is absolutely the case with this unit. I position the unit close to the end of the table and use a simple C-Clamp to hold the unit in place and keep if from wandering on the table. It works perfectly! The unit is well crafted and solid. It is easy to disassemble and a breeze to clean. I would definitely recommend this product!
