(3)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThe genuine real leather case for my phone (wallet magnet cover) has exceeded expectations, and the customer service was excellent.Follow-up from: _***.- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Two days after delivery, my 2nd phone case also failed, the plastic phone shell separated from the leather wallet. I filed a complaint and seller responded, suggesting that I should glue separated parts together again. I refused to do that and insisted on full refund + return of the item back to seller, at their expense. I had to escalate the matter to eBay Customer Service for resolution. After several days and due to the seller's lack of communication, eBay Customer Service refunded my money.
