Big improvement over my fat, stubby, cheap, Bigbox purchased knockoff brush.
Takes a little getting used to it, it vibrates, well, very well. It does have that 14, I think that number is correct, initial use counter, to get use to it, then after 14 uses it starts up into standard, more powerful mode. You can reset it both ways, but that counter can't be turned off. I don't see this as a problem. I went to this brush because of the thin, long profile of the brush. My cheap old electric was short and fat in the whole stem and brush area, a real problem. You want a long and thin stem or its like sticking your thumb in your mouth. I didn't know it uses induction charging, so totally sealed, the charge has a plastic pin, post, so unlike a cell phone, no worries about getting it aligned on the charger finding a sweet spot. It does take about 48 hours to get to full ... Takes a little getting used to it, it vibrates, well, very well. I do recommend sitting it back on the charger every day or at least every 2 to 3 days, just to have a full charge. You should be able to take it easily on vacation for say a week or so without the charger. Moot point as the charge is pretty small, so just take that too. This model is a better pick over the Essence model, the cheapest model they sale, the Essence has the same features, just the brush head is different, which you can add to the Essence if you want. It's the base unit that is very slightly different. It's nice they offer the Essence for that price, but still, you might want this model. The Essence base unit seems odd, it's not the same feel, as pleasant, it doesn't have exactly the same shape, you noticed it when you pick it up and turn it on if you have used the 6211 model. Our local Walmart has a demo Essence model on display, that powers up. The Essence also transmits the vibration to your hand more, the 6211 model dampens the vibrations a lot, I prefer this, plus the slightly different shaped power base, which is as I say, minor, but makes it more pleasant to use. Well worth it, and got a good deal on it. The box had slight shelfware, who cares, the insert protects the product well.

Disappointed
This is the third Sonicare toothbrush I have owned. I was happy with the first two. This one is annoyingly noisy. It seems like there is a loose fitting part somewhere. As a result, there is a power loss at the brush head. Quality control issue.

Good for the price. if you push too hard the brush will stop which is good. Doesn't feel as powerful or as durable as the more expensive sonicare brushes. As far as cleaning of plaque removal, I will only know when I make a trip to the dentist. My teeth feel clean when I'm done using the brush. I feel the need to keep the brush on the charger when not using it, so I don't know how long it would stay charged without it.Good for the price. if you push too hard the brush will stop which is good. Super cleab
I love the way this toothbrush looks and it leaves my mouth feeling really clean. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that I can't stand cleaning my tongue with it. Maybe that's just a personal preference, but I've had to use a separate tongue cleaner. Otherwise it's great!
