    Don't Really Know

    Well if the supplement does what they say it's ok I guess. But the after taste, for me anyway, is awful! I burp this stuff after each does for hours. Just like I do regular fish oil, went to red krill, problem solved. This stuff taste even worse. I take the with meals but no help. I'll finish the rest of them and see if it gets better, so I don't really know.
