This was not a mistake, this seller just squeeze a 20mm clasp and call it a 20mm. It is even difficult to pass it through the loops because the loops are indeed 20 mm. False description. Bad product. Poor quality. Do not buy. See comparison against a true 20mm strap and measurement using tape, measurements do not lie.
