    I think that is a pretty rotten thing to do, offer it for free shipping and best offer. then when someone makes and offer and you accept the offer and change the shipping.

    This item was listed incorrectly and the shipping was over $20. All of my listings have buyer paid shipping I countered the buyer’s offer, but specified that my counter offer included buyer paid shipping. Before I shipped, I reached out to the buyer to ensure that they were aware that they had agreed to my counter offer which included buyer paid shipping, at which point, the buyer requested to cancel the order, which I honored.I have resisted the item correctly and apologized for the mixup.
