    Great part if your belt system is stock.

    Great looking part. exact same alternator with only one glitch,My issue was the belt tightening hole did not match my March Serpentine set-up on my 383 CI sbc. I had to change the front case half of the new with my old to make it possible to align with my March system. Lucky for me every thing fit, all is well and it worked great. Warning, if your application is not stock, you must match what you have with the new part.

    Compact with a very attractive finish.

    This single wire alternator is performing very well do date. The price was excellent and the chromed finish is very good. I like that it is very compact and has a good amperage rating. I am hopeful that it will prove durable in the long term.

    its supposed to be single wire,yet the plug in opening is left exposed? whats that about? i have installed it ,however, i waiting for my fuel injection to arrive,so i won,t have it running for about a month!
