    My Bose sound system hasn't worked consistently for about 2 years. The remote showed "no response" and I couldn't get the sound system to work. I assumed the problem was with the remote so I wasn't sure this refurbished unit would solve the problem, but it did! Seller delivered the unit very quickly and included prepaid postage so I could send back my original unit. He quickly refunded my money for the original unit. I'm very happy with the service and responsiveness of the seller.
