This specific -06 model number part supposedly works only with incandescent bulbs. Mine was a -01 model. I wired the light on a separate circuit and switch, since I have a fluorescent light, and did not use the red light wire coming out of the receiver. Hunter technical support (what a joke) said it wouldn't work. It works perfectly.
