    Important item

    The universal keyboard overlay is an important item to have on hand. When I purchased "lite" cartridges I had no Idea that I could not use the keyboard from just any other cartridge. You will not necessarily get the image you wanted. When you use a lite cartridge the universal keyboard will be able to help you find your image if you follow the directions it is very easy. I would recommend purchasing a universal keyboard to every person using any cricut machine

    New cartridges Require the universal overlay

    I'm new to cricut, I'm in love, but, I see why people become discouraged. They don't know what it takes to create "Cinderella " they just know they Can ... I think people Expect to just push a couple buttons and be done. Personally, I am coding each image, on a corresponding 'cheat sheet' so, eventually, the universal will be the only keypad I use.

    A MUST Have

    The Universal overlay is a brilliant play by Cricut. With all the new cartridges using the same codes, this one overlay greatly reduces the space needed for cartridge cases and makes it just a bit easier to swap between cartridges when using a bunch at one time.
